Lloyd Foote - Owner & Lead Builder
Lloyd got an early apprenticeship in being hands-on while growing up on a large station in Central Hawke’s Bay. Rural living led to a practical, solution-driven mindset and a natural inclination to fix and build.
After a eight years refining his skills for a high-end residential building company, Lloyd established Footprint Builders in 2016 and now leads a team of five with a range of specialties.
A strong believer that a great builder needs a range qualities beyond wearing a tool belt, Lloyd values hard work, reliability, honesty, clear communication and strong problem-solving skills.
